華星東方公司承建的安徽省馬鞍山市和縣生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年11月08日通過72+24小時試運行。

The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for the waste incineration power in Hexian, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province passed 72+24 hours of trial operation on November 8, 2022.

該項目建設總處理規模為600t/d，建設1x600t/d的機械爐排垃圾焚燒生產線，配置1x15MW汽輪發電機組。煙氣處理采用“爐內SNCR＋半干法(旋轉噴霧)+干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+SCR（預留）+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩定化（僅設計）工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設備供貨工程。

The capacity of the plant is 600 t/d. A 1x600 t/d mechanical grate production line is constructed, equipped with 1x15 MW steam turbine unit. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + SCR (reserved) + fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization (design only)". It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.
