華星東方承建的上海市崇明生活垃圾焚燒發電項目二期煙氣凈化工程于2021年10月4日通過72+24小時試運行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing for Chongming, Shanghai waste incineration plant Phase II passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on October 4, 2021.

該項目設計規模日焚燒處理生活垃圾500噸。焚燒線采用1臺500t/d機械爐排爐。煙氣凈化采用爐內SNCR＋旋轉噴霧半干法＋碳酸氫鈉干法＋活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵器工藝＋SGH+SCR催化脫硝的處理工藝，為我司EP工程。

The plant capacity is 500 t/d of domestic solid waste. One 500 t/d mechanical grate furnace is adopted for the incineration line. The FGC adopted the treatment process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + sodium bicarbonate dry + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SGH + SCR catalytic denitration. This is an EP project of Huaxing.
